Agios Nikitas is a picturesque settlement, southwest of the city of Lefkada, about 12 km away from it. It is one of the officially characterized traditional settlements. Agios Nikitas is a seaside fishing village that Lefkadians especially love. In recent years it has developed tourism and has several hotels and rooms to let, taverns, cafes.

It has a beautiful beach, just 1 km from Kathisma, one of the most beautiful beaches of Greece, with turquoise waters. From Agios Nikitas you can reach by boat or from the path that starts through the village, Mylos, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, with turquoise waters and thick sand.
